What is the Commercial Mentoring Program?

The Commercial Mentoring Program is a twelve month, hands-on coaching program taught by advanced full-time commercial investors.  Our goal is to empower you to purchase one or more commercial real estate investments during the next twelve months. We will advise you every step of the way while you search for, analyze, negotiate, close on, and operate one or more commercial investment properties.

Why Is It So Helpful to Have a Mentor?

Changing one's life is always difficult.  In his book Change Or Die: The Three Keys to Change in Work and In Life, Alan Deutschman found that only 10% of people are typically able to make major lifestyle changes even if their lives depend upon it!  But the unusual ones who are able to change usually have one crucial thing going for them -- a relationship with someone they can relate to who has already successfully done what they want to do.

This is what the Mentoring Program gives you -- access to coaches who have been so successful with their real estate investing that they are now full-time investors!   Our coaches well remember what it was like to make those first calls and negotiate those first deals.  They'll take you by the hand and walk you through every stage of the real estate buying and selling process from the basics to owning properties that can bring in thousands of dollars a month in passive income.  And along the way, you'll realize that if they could do it, YOU CAN TOO!


How the 12 Month Mentoring Works

This is not a 'get rich quick' program.  You need to understand the critical core components of commercial real estate before you start closing deals.  We have developed a state-of-the-art training program to get you started as quickly as possible in commercial investing.  Upon acceptance into the program, you will dive in to the necessary fundamentals of commercial real estate investing in nine core interactive courses.
 
Apartment buildings are the most popular asset type and will be used to familiarize you with all the key skills you need to know to 'talk the talk' and 'walk the walk' of other millionaire investors. From there, you can branch out to invest in any other types of investment properties that interest you with the help of our experienced coaches, such as retail, office buildings, mobile home parks, or land development. 

As a Commercial Mentoring client, you will have full access to online trainings, conference calls with our coaches and a detailed discussion board.  And the highlight of your training will be the four days you spend at the Commercial Intensive Workshop for Commercial Mentoring students. 


The Core Courses

This is your first critical 'assignment' upon starting the program. These one hour courses teach the basic fundamentals of commercial real estate investing. Just like in sports, learning and practicing the fundamentals are essential for success. The same applies in real estate.
  • You will begin with the 9 Core Courses taught and available in recorded audio format, so that you can listen anytime you want. 
  • After each Core Course a simple quiz is given to check your comprehension of the subject  matter. Passing the quiz allows you to move to the next course.  You may also be given an  'assignment' to complete after completing a course.
  • Weekly teleconference calls are available to answer all questions on the core training
  • Some Core Courses include guest speakers who are experts in their fields

Live Conference Calls with Your Mentors

One or another of our highly-experienced coaches offers a conference call  almost every day.  These calls are your opportunity to get all your questions answered about the deals you are working on.  And not only will they help you put together the best deal, you'll also learn a tremendous amount listening to the advice given to your fellow investors.  While you can ask any question at any time, you'll find that many of the conference calls focus on a specific type of investing.  Choose the calls that most interest you and benefit from the experience of our phenomenal coaches who truly care about helping others achieve the same success that they have.  
 

Recorded Commercial Audio and Video Trainings

The web site for Commercial Mentoring students contains many different audio trainings that focus on a particular topic in commercial real estate investing. These audio trainings are essential to helping you become a successful investor and property operator. We also often teach by example, using a real deal as a 'case study'. Commercial Investing Discussion Board

Commercial Mentoring students have used this online forum intensively for several years to get in-depth answers to their investing questions online.  So not only can you get quick answers to your most pressing questions, you can also learn a lot by reading through the advice given to other commercial investors by our helpful coaches.   

Making Your First Offer

Making offers for the first time can be scary and intimidating -- we know  because we’ve been there ourselves. You’ll have a special designation on the Real Estate Discussion Board and priority on the conference calls. You’ll also have special access to our coaches live, if needed, to walk you through making the offer. You’ll have all the support you need to make and close your offers.

The Commercial Intensive Workshop

This 4-day intensive commercial training event, which others pay $4,997 to attend, will be the capstone of your Commercial Mentoring year.  It includes three full days of commercial training plus 1 invaluable Mastermind day with other commercial investors, coaches and the founders of the program Peter Conti and Peter Harris.  Numerous in-depth trainings about how to build your long-term wealth through investing in apartments, retail outlets, office buildings, and land development will be included.  Among many other topics, you will learn:
