About Peter Conti

Self-made multi-millionaire Peter Conti is the nation's leading real estate investment expert. He is the creator of The Mentorship Program™, now referred to as our Residential Mentoring Program which has helped thousands of clients across the country to create financial independence using the power of real estate.

As a best selling author and trainer, Peter still finds time to invest in single family homes, with interests in 28 states. He also invests in commercial properties across the country. Along with Peter Harris, Conti created The Commercial Mentoring Program™ which guides and supports clients through the process of investing in multi-units, office & retail, warehouse, industrial properties, and land development.

Peter loves his work so much that he has to remember to stay balanced by keeping family and relationships first, and enjoys creating new ways to make money with good friends.  He's been married for 13 years, has four kids and a mostly friendly cat, and lives on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, MD.

Peter's latest book, Making Big Money Investing in Foreclosures 2nd Edition is a newly updated version of the Wall Street Journal's Best Seller. Each year Peter Conti holds workshops and seminars, at which thousands of investors across the country discover the realities of making money by investing in real estate. Students in his Mentoring Programs have bought and sold over $1 billion worth of real estate over the past decade.

Peter has been hosting and featured on Real Estate Radio shows for over 10 years.  Venues include: XM Radio, WS Radio, and many national and local broadcast stations.
