Real Estate Investing Training Products
I haven’t received the product I ordered. How can I track whether it has been shipped?
If you would like to make sure that a product that you ordered has been shipped and how far it currently is away, please select one of the following options. If your order is not found, it has not yet been shipped from our primary fulfillment house. Several of our products do, however, ship from a secondary facility. Unless otherwise requested, your product was shipped using standard shipping with a potential transit time of 5 to 7 business days. I purchased one of your courses. After listening to some of the CDs/DVDs, I have found that one didn’t play or had poor sound quality. I would like to return/exchange it. How do I go about that?
There are times during reproduction that some of the CDs/DVDs do not record properly. A few suggestions to try to determine if the product is defective:
- Try playing it on a CD player (tabletop vs. computer)
- Try launching the CD player software first, then play the CD from there
- If possible, try on a different machine
- Make sure you are playing the CD in a CD player and not in a DVD player

I would like to return a product. What is the procedure?

To return a product, complete a Return Authorization Form and return the product to us within the required timeframe to receive your refund. If approved, an RMA number will be sent to you via email.
